Question: When, how, and where should a person who is or will be doing one-time planting apply??

Answer: Between September 1 - December 30 and February 1 - May 31, a person who builds a new garden or plans to build it during the year must enter his declaration in EKTIS. The person can do this directly from www.eagro.gov.az farmer's cabinet or enter the declaration into the system with the help of DAIM and "ASAN service" centers.

Question: Can people who did not plant during this period, but are planning to plant, apply for a one-time planting subsidy?

Answer: Yes, those who plan to plant these gardens during the autumn months should apply during this period (September 1-December 30 and February 1-May 31) and should especially mention that they will plant in the fall. On-site monitoring will be carried out in the territories of those persons after planting seedlings.

Question: A person applying for a one-time planting subsidy must have received other planting subsidies?

Answer: In theory, no, people who have not been able to receive other planting subsidies can also apply for one-time planting subsidy. But it should be taken into account that the condition that the planting declaration is included in EKTIS is the same for both subsidy amounts. If the farmer meets the conditions for a one-time crop subsidy, he will receive 2 subsidy applications and will be informed about this through his electronic cabinet..

Question: What are the different conditions of one-time crop subsidy?

Answer:  According to the decision of the Agrarian Subsidy Council, a one-time planting subsidy will be paid to the following orchards to be planted in 2022 in the field of fruit growing:

  •  In 2022, in areas located above 400 meters above sea level in Agdam, Agsu, Jalilabad, Fuzuli, Khojavand, Ismailli, Gabala, Gobustan, Gubadli, Lerik, Siyazan, Shabran, Shamakhi, Sheki, Yardimli and Zangilan regions, in the conditions of drought in 2022 one-time planting subsidy of 8,000 manat will be given for each hectare of vineyards to be planted.
  • 5,000 and 4,900 manats per hectare of intensive pomegranate and olive orchards to be planted in 2022 on degraded and low-quality land areas, and 4,400 manats per hectare of intensive hazelnut orchards to be planted in vacant Forest Fund lands, mountainous and foothill areas, respectively payment of the subsidy is envisaged.
  • Farmers will be given a one-time planting subsidy of 9,000 manats for each hectare of kiwi orchards, which will be built in 2022, provided with a drip irrigation system and where at least 650 seedlings are planted per hectare. By decision of Agrarian Subsidy Council,

  • • The rice cultivation coefficient applies to Agdash, Agsu, Astara, Bilasuvar, Goychay, Lankaran, Masalli, Salyan, Samukh, Ujar, Yevlax, Sheki and Zardab regions, and the coefficient for other regions and cities is considered equal to 0.

Question:  Is there a one-time planting subsidy for non-intensive orchards?

Answer:  No. Only 250 manat/ha planting subsidy is given to these gardens.

Question: Can one-time planting subsidy be applied for if the existing garden has been made intensive by increasing the number of trees?

Answer: No. One-time planting subsidy is given to new gardens planted in 2022. However, as such gardens are transformed from traditional to intensive gardens, the amount of planting subsidy will increase

Question:  What if the application period is transferred?

Answer: A one-time planting subsidy will not be given if the application is not made between February 1 and May 31, regardless of whether the garden has been planted.

Question:  Will one-time plantings be monitored on site?

Answer: Yes. For this, the coordinates of the farmer's territory will be entered into EKTIS at the time of declaration, and on-site monitoring will be carried out through GIS and when the seedlings are on the ground. Farmers who cannot directly enter the area coordinates into the system can ask for help from DAIMs.

Question:  When will one-time crop subsidy payments be made??

Answer: Payments will be made after collecting applications and monitoring. The seedlings of those who planted in the first months of 2021 will be monitored on site during the summer months, and the seedlings of those who will plant in the fall of 2022 will be monitored on site during the last months of 2022.

Question:  How one-time planting subsidy will be paid?

Answer: The one-time crop subsidy will be transferred to the farmer's card.

Question: Can I use the one-time crop subsidy by encashing it?
